Incorporates discovery from Cordova action.

Questions for Congressional Research Service for Senate Hearing: Apparent discussion draft for questions to be asked by a tobacco-friently Senator of Congressional research service witness Jane Gravelle. Faxed from TI to RJR Nabisco and by it to PM. PM or RJR Nabisco apparently propose changes to the questions. Found in files of PM James Boland. Tries to support CRS finding that smokers "pay their own way" thorugh taxes. Questions suggest that author already know Gravelle's views in some detail.

06 May 1994 (est.) Questions for ALA witness at Senate hearing: 5/6/94 list of argumentative questions apparently from TI to RJR Nabisco re-faxed to PM later same day. Found in PM James Boland office. Appears to propose questions which a tobacco-freintly Senator may want to ask ALA witness at Senate hearings on ETS.
